Cesare 'Ces' (pronounced "Chez") Riccioni has a wide variety of skills and experience drawn from his 30+ years' in the financial services industry. Starting his career as an accountant, Ces soon discovered his ability to operate across a broad range of professional disciplines, successfully tackling various roles at some of Australia's largest financial services organisations. His experience spans sales, strategic development, national operations management, alliances, people management and mergers and acquisitions. He was also heavily involved in founding a national financial planning dealer group that serviced over 1000 financial planners.
Since becoming a business coach and consultant in 2004, Ces has used his skills and experience to help business owners and corporate executives to maximise their business success through strategic planning, financial management, people management, productivity improvement, client engagement and mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of coaching and consulting, Ces loves spending time with his family and friends, barracking for his beloved Richmond Football Club, and playing soccer every week as he has done most of his life.
Lloyd has nearly 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having held many executive management positions in a number of major Australian financial institutions. His expertise lies in strategic planning, managing change projects, designing and building support services for small business, implementing large strategic projects and mentoring leaders.
Thirteen years ago Lloyd decided to ‘retire’ from corporate life and set up his own management consulting business. Over the next five years he was involved in running numerous strategic projects in Asia and Australia.
In 2004 he was asked to join a team to establish and deliver a business-to-business service for clients of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. This service focused upon a business enhancement framework and included business coaching, business consulting focused upon a balanced scorecard, and industry research in small business development and improvement. This program of services was delivered through face-to-face coaching of business principals and workshops conducted with staff members within a business and across businesses in a peer group environment.
Lloyd is passionate about helping owners of small to medium businesses and business executives to achieve significant improvement in both their personal and business lives. He is experienced in delivering Blue Ocean Strategy (development of value innovation) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lloyd's own big picture includes time with family, overseas travel and active involvement in surf life saving at club, state and national levels.
Maridza Riccioni has a diverse range of skills and knowledge in strategic marketing, events management and reward and recognition programs.
With 15 years’ experience with a large iconic advertising company she has expertise in the design, development and execution of marketing strategies to deliver brand awareness, market reach and revenue generation.
Maridza has also designed and led multi-tiered customer strategies and events ranging from personalised events, masterclasses and high profiled corporate events to “touch the heart of the customer, ” with “money can’t buy experiences.”
A highlight of her career has been winning “Global Awards” at the Incentive Marketing Association in the US, for her design, development and implementation of multiple reward, recognition and incentive programs that have achieved significant shift in company culture and revenue generation.
Maridza has a passion for fostering strong relationships and working alongside owners of businesses or business executives to help them achieve their “Big Picture Thinking” goals, whether it be through marketing, events or reward and recognition programs.
Outside of her career, Maridza loves to travel and immerse herself into the culture and experiences that the world has to offer and has an active involvement in yoga.
